The path leads from the analysis of the customer's wishes and machine requirements to the strategic implementation in the CAD department and the intensive coordination of the designers and foremen. In design, we use computer-aided calculations, applications of the finite element method (FEM) and 3D simulations to ensure the accuracy of fit and stability of our machines. Quality in production is guaranteed by high-quality machine tools and CNC systems. Precise manufacturing processes, 3D measuring methods and continuous production controls guarantee the highest accuracy required in mechanical engineering.
The requirements for special machines are often very high. Our design engineers at H&E develop customized systems according to the principle: modular production where possible - special design where necessary.
