All hydraulic punching presses from H&E are individually designed and built according to the customer's specific requirements. This allows a flexible choice of pressure forces, stroke lengths, throat dimensions, rapid traverse speeds and table sizes. Depending on the area of application, hole punches, profile punches or sample punches are developed that meet the requirements of the respective application one hundred percent.

  • Compressive forces: H&E hydraulic punches can apply compressive forces from 25 kN up to 4000 kN.
  • Stroke lengths and throat dimensions: These vary depending on the model and specific customer requirements.

  • Cost-effectiveness: Thanks to modular production, individual custom-made products can also be produced cost-effectively - this accelerates their amortization.

  • Modernization and technology: Our own modern machinery is continuously adapted to the growing market requirements to ensure durability, functionality and productivity for decades to come.
  • Precision manufacturing and quality assurance: High accuracy standards in mechanical engineering are maintained through precise manufacturing processes, 3D measurements and continuous production controls.
  • Additional equipment: The punching presses can be equipped with customer-specific punching tools, hydraulic or mechanical hold-down devices, hydraulic cutting impact damping and manual or motorized stops. Optional roller feeds, cycle feeds, positioning systems and coordinate tables are also available.
