Our tube punching systems enable the precise and deformation-free processing of round, rectangular and square tubes. Whether single-sided or double-sided punching with or without flying dies - our systems offer maximum flexibility and quality. The tube is clamped in an automatic feed system and transported by linear drives or gripper carriages to provide optimum support for the punching process.
Materials with a strength of up to 900 N/mm² can be processed with the tube punching systems from H&E. The machines achieve a punching capacity of up to 400 tons and are individually adapted to your requirements. Pressure force, punching diameter and feed systems can be flexibly configured to ensure maximum efficiency and precision.
