We are your specialist for robust and stable locking presses that are specially designed for hydroforming and the in-mold process in the injection molding process.
Our modular frame presses for hydroforming are manufactured in a stable plate construction and are individually designed according to our customers' requirements. The fast closing movement is performed by hydraulic cylinders, while the ram is locked mechanically. The locking force can be generated using oil or water hydraulics, depending on the required pressure force and die size.
We use four-column presses for the in-mold process. These presses enable long-term closing of the molds under high pressure. The clamping force is generated by hydraulic cylinders and pressure accumulators to ensure precise and controlled shaping.
Our locking presses are ideal for the fast and efficient forming of tubes and profiles using hydroforming. They are used in the automotive industry for the production of vehicle components and for the hydrostatic forming of sheet metal. The clamping presses are characterized by high clamping forces, maximum dimensional and shape accuracy and low springback. With a clamping force of up to 20,000 kN, we offer robust solutions that can be individually adapted thanks to their flexible design and a wide range of expansion and additional functions.
