Customized marking presses
H&E manufactures the machines for embossing numbers and other markings with a pressure force of 25 kN to 4,000 kN. Like all other hydraulic presses from H&E, the marking machines are also manufactured in a flexible, modular design according to customer requirements. Depending on the number and size of the markings, the required embossing depth and the material strength, the required compression force is calculated individually and the marking press is designed according to the respective requirements.
To reduce noise emissions when unloading the marking press, H&E marking presses only use press blocks with integrated, adjustable pressure relief.
The presses are calculated and designed using FEM calculations and the latest technologies. In a complex manufacturing process, the press construction is welded and then stress-relieved. This results in robust and durable marking presses that are highly rigid and therefore guarantee precise marking of components.

The marking presses from Hengstebeck & Eich are equipped with special tools that enable precise and consistent signing, marking and numbering by means of embossing. Batch or serial numbers, type and component markings and other information can be easily and efficiently embossed into the metal using the marking tools.
