The development and manufacture of hydraulic press lines that ensure high productivity along the entire production chain is our standard. These press lines are designed to replace expensive transfer presses and costly tooling by effectively linking multiple presses together. H&E press systems and press lines therefore offer consistently high production quality. Each work step is carried out fully automatically, starting with the separation of the workpieces to be processed, through each individual production step, to transportation for further processing.

Hydraulic press systems are characterized by their wide range of applications and good scalability. The initial investment and maintenance costs are significantly lower compared to other production systems. At the same time, they offer a suitable solution for a wide range of applications and can therefore be used flexibly.

The simple integration of additional die types, other die sizes and expansion modules allows each press or press system to be optimally adapted to specific requirements.
