Our in-barrel presses are protected against radiation by welded steel plates that protect the operating personnel from radiation. The press has a lockable swivel door for safe loading of drum pallets and drums.
The compaction process is started by the operating personnel and controlled via an external button, which ensures safety and control throughout the entire process.
We also customize the design of the in-barrel compactors to the specific requirements of the customer and the type of waste generated in their operation. The frame press is a solid welded construction that is designed to be stable using FEM calculations. It is hydraulically operated using high-quality modules from Bosch Rexroth or Parker. H&E also offers a wide range of optional extensions, including stainless steel sorting tables with protective housing and transport systems for the drums.
