HYDRAULIC PRESSES
Multifunctional presses for flexible use
We manufacture a range of hydraulically operated multifunctional presses under the name HMP. These presses offer almost unlimited application possibilities such as punching, notching, separating, shearing, marking, embossing, bending, edging, joining, forming or hot stamping. The HMP series from Hengstebeck & Eich is the ideal solution for a wide range of production problems. For this reason, our multifunctional presses are manufactured in a flexible modular design and have a compact, rigid machine body.
This design is particularly suitable for use in interlinked systems and for mounting on positioning devices. Positionable multifunction presses are optimally integrated into our punching systems.
The anti-twist press ram of the HMP series is guided on maintenance-free guide elements in a stable machine body. The design allows compressive forces of up to 60% of the maximum compressive force on the outer edges of the integrated square ram.
HYDRAULIC PRESSES
Individual customization
Pressure forces, stroke lengths and the dimensions of the throat depth can be individually determined. When selecting the components, attention is always paid to the highest quality and durability.
Hengstebeck & Eich has many years of experience in the development and construction of individual hydraulic presses. Our designs are based on modern FEM calculations. Production takes place at our site using modern manufacturing technology.
Features and optional extensions:
- Compressive force: 150 kN to 2,000 kN
- Rapid traverse speed of up to 200 mm/s
- Table sizes can be flexibly selected (maximum 800 x 600 mm)
- Plunger stroke and plunger size can be individually adjusted
- Accessibility of the work area from three sides
Optional extensions are also available for all H&E presses. Our employees are always available to help you find the best solution for your requirements.
HYDRAULIC PRESSES
Ergonomic working area
The working area of the multifunction presses is easily accessible from three sides, so that even large and complex tools can be easily installed under the ram. This concept also allows the use of existing tools, which further increases flexibility and efficiency.

COMPANY H&E
It's in our hands
Our machines and systems are characterized by the attention to detail that we invest in each of them. This attention to detail ensures that their functional reliability is designed to last for 30 years. We attach great importance to personalizing the entire development process. The development, design and production of the components as well as the assembly and commissioning of the innovative systems are carried out at our site in Finnentrop, South Westphalia.
