For over four decades, Hengstebeck & Eich has been developing and producing customized feeding and discharge systems for international industrial customers. Our wide range of applications includes the processing of steel bars and sections, plates, sheets, blanks, pipes and many other materials.

Depending on requirements, we manufacture systems with driven and non-driven roller conveyors, flat or steep conveyors, pushing or pulling grippers, as well as roller, roller or gripper feeds.

Whether springs, stabilizers, leaf springs, axles, flanges, cathodes, ingots, plates, sheets, profiles, wood, chipboard or plastic components - H&E offers a wide range of solutions for feeding and discharging these components. An illustrative example from our portfolio is an automatic sample removal station that is connected to a Contiglühe and equipped with an HMST 1000 S. This station enables precise and efficient removal of samples for technological material testing.

The system punches longitudinal, transverse and diagonal samples in accordance with EN 10002, labels them, sorts them and deposits them according to the program. Deformed and unsuitable sample sheets are automatically sorted out.
