Customized pipe handling systems that are specifically tailored to the needs of the pipe and large-diameter pipe industry are no problem for us. Our systems are able to handle pipes with diameters from 0.2 meters up to 6.0 meters and lengths of up to 100 meters without any problems.
Our pipe supports are used to hold, support and guide round and rectangular pipes. The support structures are equipped with guide rollers and can be adapted to the respective pipe diameter by means of handwheel adjustment. This ensures that the tube is securely and precisely in position and is ready for further processing by cutting, laser cutting or welding.
We are also specialists in the manufacture of tube welding systems and equipment for semi- or fully automated tube welding. Our customized solutions include automatic pipe welding carriages and systems, pipe turning devices and combined pipe turning and lifting devices. Our systems are characterized by a sophisticated and robust design. The operator enters the pipe diameter, welding speed and position control into the system, which implements the specifications precisely and reliably.
Using pipe transport trolleys designed for transporting short and long pipes on smooth surfaces as well as on rails, we deliver your products safely and responsibly. They are designed according to the individual wishes and requirements of the customer and adapted to the diameters and lengths of the pipes to be processed. We integrate lifting and turning devices into the pipe transport trolleys as required. Hengstebeck & Eich also supplies feeding systems for light parts and heavy-duty roller tables. Our roller conveyors, equipped with driven diabolo rollers or cylindrical rollers, transport round and rectangular tubes to the next processing station.
