Our horizontal and vertical bending machines offer significant advantages over conventional horizontal bending machines. One example of this is the straightening of helical compression springs and stabilizers. The vertical positioning of the table makes it particularly easy to position and align the spring in the prism-shaped holder.
Our bending and straightening machines are equipped as standard with a quick-change device for various tools and a manual stroke adjustment. These features promote user-friendly operation and contribute to short set-up times.
A key area for our CNC-controlled bending machines is the production of automotive stabilizers. Compared to other manufacturing methods, our machines offer high flexibility and short cycle times. These features make them ideal for the production of small and medium series as well as for the development and production of pre-series parts in the automotive industry. As an option, we offer the integration of proportional valve technology, a digital position measuring system and an NC control system for positioning the ram. This allows positioning accuracies of up to 0.05 mm to be achieved. It is also possible to preselect different ram speeds during a stroke. Operation and programming are carried out via a Siemens touch panel, which provides clear information on the current operating status.
For upsetting processes, our machines can be equipped with a hydraulically operated workpiece clamping device. If required, this is attached to the front of the machine table and connected to both the electrical control system and the hydraulic unit
