Coil turnstiles are essential components in the coil processing process and serve as a buffer station or intermediate storage for coils. They enable the coils to be transported to the respective processing station and back to the turnstile using coil lift trucks, ensuring a smooth production process.
We offer customized, multi-arm coil turnstiles that are specifically tailored to your requirements. Our turnstiles can accommodate two or four coils and safely carry a weight of 2 × 2 tons up to 4 × 42 tons.
They are available in different versions:
- Hydraulically liftable: For easy and flexible handling
- Swivel-mounted and mobile: For adaptation to different production requirements and coil diameters
These features enable flexible use of the coil turnstiles in your production. Loading and unloading is carried out by specially designed coil lifting trolleys, which are also manufactured to your individual requirements.
