Hengstebeck & Eich GmbH & Co. produces high-quality decoilers for the metalworking industry that are specially tailored to your individual requirements. Our decoilers enable the decoiling of coils from cold or hot strip and offer a wide range of configuration options:

Coil weight adaptation: Our decoilers are designed for coil weights from 0.1 to 40 tons to cover a wide range of requirements.
Decoiling speed: With a decoiling speed of up to 300 meters per minute, we guarantee efficient processes in your production.
Different drive variants: You can choose between a frequency-controlled three-phase motor, a servo motor or a variant without its own drive to suit your specific requirements.

Optional accessories: On request, we can equip your decoiler with additional accessories, such as a pressure arm, a strip edge regulator, a traversing device or a driven pressure roller.
Types of decoilers: We offer both single decoilers and double decoilers, which are available as horizontal or vertical decoilers in a fixed or swivel design, depending on requirements.

Our decoilers are versatile and offer maximum flexibility for various applications in metal processing. They are used both for decoiling coils in production and in test environments for sampling hot strip. Decoiler for wire processing
