Our system is designed for the continuous production of angle profiles - from unwinding the strip material to exact length separation and bending. Automatic control of the strip tension and precise length measurement ensure a uniform material flow, which increases process reliability and minimizes rejects.

The strip is gradually profiled, calibrated and cut to the desired length. This is followed by round bending for internal angles, whereby the bending radius can be individually adjusted. The result is dimensionally accurate, evenly bent angle profiles that are ideal for use as inner edge protectors for coils.
