This machine is used for the production of edge protectors that have been specially developed to protect the inner and outer edges of coils.

Starting from strip material, the material is first unwound, tensioned, cut to length and then profiled at a 90° angle. In the final step, the material is bent into a circular segment that is precisely adapted to the dimensions of the coil.

The result is edge protection elements that reliably prevent damage to the coils - ideal for transportation and storage.
