Hydraulic single-column press with hydraulically positionable double sample punching tool for the production of strip samples, two material support tables and a movable inspection table.
The HEP 1000 hydraulic single-column press is equipped with a power-controlled axial piston pump, a press control block with integrated cutting impact damping and a hydraulically movable double sample punching tool.
The tool is used to produce specimens for technological material testing. For this purpose, longitudinal, transverse and diagonal specimens, shaped according to JIS standard with position marking, are punched out. The punched specimens fall into the drawer and can be removed from there.
For the visual inspection of sheet metal samples, a motorized inspection table including lighting system is located in the area of the material feed table.
