Hydraulically operated four-column press HSP 500 SZ, equipped with a proportional valve, a servo cylinder, an axis control and an electronic input device.

Different ram speeds during the stroke as well as pressure-dependent or travel-dependent movement of the press ram can be preselected.

With the help of proportional and servo control, positioning accuracies of the press ram of 0.01 mm or a preselected pressure of up to 0.01 kN can be achieved. Stiffening plates are bolted to the front and long sides of the press frame to reinforce the four-column press and prevent it from twisting.
