Hydraulic punch as the basic machine for an automatic panel processing system. The HST 2500 has a solid single-plate design. The machine table with the table plate is located at the bottom of the open C. The die holder is attached to the table top with overlapping bars.
The hydraulically operated cylinder with the mechanical scraper is located at the front of the machine body. The anti-rotation ram plate with punch holder is located on the piston rod of the cylinder. The lower and upper end positions of the ram are switched off via manually adjustable cams and limit switches. The machine is triggered in "set-up and manual" mode via a control unit with magnetic base.
