The HEP 75 hydraulic single-column press is equipped with a tool for pressing starter rings onto flywheels.
Three electro-pneumatic flow sensors are installed to monitor the correct position of the starter ring. The press-on process is monitored using a force-displacement measuring system.
The holding time in the lower end position can be set via an analog potentiometer.
The safety device consists of a safety cage and a category 4 safety light curtain.
