Hydraulic single-column press with double sample punching tool. The HEP 1000 hydraulic single-column press is equipped with a power-controlled axial piston pump, a press control block with integrated cutting impact damping and a hydraulically adjustable double sample punching tool.
The tool is used to produce specimens for technological material testing. For this purpose, longitudinal, transverse and diagonal specimens, shaped in accordance with EN 10002, are punched out and the punched-out specimens fall into the drawer where they can be removed.
Depending on customer requirements, the drive motor can be positioned on the right or left side or at the rear.
