The HEP 100 hydraulic single-post press is equipped with a tool for pressing starter ring gears onto commercial vehicle flywheels.
The press is integrated into a roller table system. For this purpose, the machine table of the press is equipped with hardened and spring-loaded material support rollers and hardened material supports arranged between the rollers. The flywheel is automatically centered before the starter ring is pressed on. The pressing force is monitored by a pressure sensor.
The safety device consists of a protective cage and a category 4 safety light curtain.
