Hydraulically operated punch with two cylinders. The cylinder located at the top of the machine frame is used to control an insertion device. A hydraulic cylinder with an integrated displacement measuring system and a pressure load cell mounted underneath is arranged underneath the table plate. This cylinder is used to control a second press-in device and to check the press-in process.
The cylinders can be operated either at rapid traverse speed or at working speed. The operating speed is set by means of a flow control valve. The hydraulic unit with hydraulic control and an oil-water cooler are located in the substructure. The electrical control system and the press-in devices are installed by the customer. The machine body of the HST 30 is designed for a pressure force of up to 150 kN.
