Hydraulic multifunctional punch HMST 150 with two bending tools (powdering test tool) for the production of bending samples from galvanized sheet steel with material thicknesses from 0.4 to 2.5 mm.
The bending samples are used to check the detachment of particles from the zinc coating. The bending tools are designed as quick-change versions. The machine is activated in "operation" mode via a foot switch. For safety reasons, the foot switch is designed as a "dead man's switch", i.e. when the foot switch is released, the guide carriage with the bending punch immediately returns to the upper end position. The hydraulic unit and the electric control are integrated in the machine base.
