The HEP 100 hydraulic single-column press is equipped with a tool for pressing starter ring gears onto commercial vehicle flywheels. The press is integrated into a roller table system. For this purpose, the machine table of the press is equipped with hardened and spring-mounted material support rollers as well as hardened material supports arranged between the rollers. The flywheel is automatically centered before the starter ring is pressed on. The pressing force is monitored by a pressure sensor.
